Agreement to Terms
By using our website, submitting project information, purchasing services, or entering into a service agreement with Liberty Book Writers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Additional agreements, proposals, or service contracts may apply depending on the selected package or project requirements.

Service availability, deliverables, timelines, and pricing may vary depending on the selected package.
Quotes, Proposals & Scope of Work
Before starting a project, Liberty Book Writers provides a proposal or service agreement outlining:
- Selected services
- Project scope
- Estimated timeline
- Payment structure
- Deliverables
Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees or adjustments to the project timeline.
Payments & Billing
Clients may pay through:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Bank Transfers
- Stripe
- PayPal
Projects typically begin after receiving the required deposit payment.
Remaining balances are collected according to the agreed installment schedule.
Liberty Book Writers does not charge late-payment fees; however, unpaid balances may delay project progress, service delivery, publishing assistance, or final file release.
Refund Policy
Liberty Book Writers values client satisfaction and provides a customer-focused refund approach. Clients may request a refund if they are dissatisfied with the work after the initial submission and review stages.
A 100% refund may be available if the client does not approve the initial work provided. Once the project progresses beyond initial submissions, approvals, revisions, or completion stages, refunds are limited to unfinished portions of the project.
Refund eligibility does not apply after:
- Final approval of deliverables
- Completion of agreed services
- Client acceptance of final files
- Publishing or service submission
Revisions & Client Approvals
Revision availability depends on the selected package. Clients are responsible for reviewing submitted materials and providing clear feedback within a reasonable timeframe. Major changes outside the original project scope may require additional charges.
Once final deliverables are approved by the client, additional revisions or changes may require additional fees.
Project Timeline & Client Responsibilities
Project timelines depend on:
- Project complexity
- Client communication
- Feedback turnaround
- Approval timelines
- Required materials
- Provided by the client
Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, or lack of communication may extend estimated completion dates. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and materials necessary for project completion.
Copyright Ownership & Author Rights
Liberty Book Writers believes authors should maintain ownership of their creative work. After full payment is received, clients retain:
100% copyright ownership of their manuscript Ownership of approved final deliverables Rights associated with their published work Liberty Book Writers does not claim ownership of client manuscripts, books, or royalties.
Confidentiality & NDA Protection
All client projects include confidentiality protection. Liberty Book Writers agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding:
- Manuscripts
- Personal stories
- Unpublished content
- Project details
- Author information
Authorized team members, contractors, or service providers may access project information only when necessary to complete the requested services and are expected to maintain confidentiality.
Publishing Accounts & Distribution Platforms
Depending on the selected service package, Liberty Book Writers may assist with publishing platforms and related publishing services required for the project.
Publishing accounts may be created or managed by Liberty Book Writers depending on the selected package. After project completion, clients receive ownership and access to publishing accounts created on their behalf.
Third-party platforms maintain their own:
- Approval processes
- Policies
- Pricing rules
- Processing times
- Account decisions
Liberty Book Writers does not control third-party platform decisions.
Royalties
Liberty Book Writers does not claim ownership of book royalties. Authors retain their publishing income and royalty rights according to their agreements with publishing platforms, distributors, and other applicable parties.
Marketing Services Disclaimer
Marketing services are intended to improve book visibility, author branding, and promotional opportunities. However, Liberty Book Writers does not guarantee:
- Specific sales numbers
- Bestseller status
- Rankings
- Reviews
- Media coverage
- Revenue
- Publishing success
Results vary depending on market conditions, audience response, competition, and other external factors.
Third-Party Services
Some services may involve third-party providers, including:
- Publishing platforms
- Marketing platforms
- Distribution partners
- Other external service providers
While Liberty Book Writers works with reputable providers, we are not responsible for delays, policy changes, technical issues, or decisions made by third-party companies.
Client Content Responsibilities
Clients confirm that submitted materials:
- Belong to them or they have permission to use them
- Do not violate copyright laws
- Do not contain
- Plagiarized material
- Do not include illegal content
- Do not contain fraudulent or deceptive information
- Comply with applicable publishing requirements
Liberty Book Writers reserves the right to refuse or discontinue projects that violate these standards.
Portfolio & Promotional Usage
Liberty Book Writers respects author privacy and ownership.
Completed projects, book covers, author names, testimonials, or other project materials will only be displayed publicly with appropriate permission from the client.
Account Access & Communication
Project communication may occur through:

Clients are responsible for ensuring their provided contact information remains accurate. Electronic approvals and confirmations may be considered authorization to proceed with project stages.
Termination of Services
Liberty Book Writers reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Terms are violated
- Required payments are not completed
- Client provides prohibited content
- Project requirements become impossible to fulfill
If services are terminated, fees will be calculated based on completed work and remaining unfinished portions.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith communication. If the issue cannot be resolved, the parties may proceed through mediation or arbitration before pursuing further legal action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
